Accessibility

Designed to stay usable.

Accessibility is treated as part of the product and interaction design, not as a separate visual mode added at the end.

Current accessibility statement · not a formal conformance claim

What we design for

The current Graphaic build is designed around semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus, readable structure, touch use, responsive layouts and reduced-motion behaviour where motion is present.

  • meaningful heading structure rather than visual-only hierarchy;
  • interactive controls that can be reached and understood without a pointer;
  • reduced-motion paths for motion-sensitive users;
  • responsive reflow rather than fixed desktop-only compositions;
  • text alternatives or empty alternative text according to whether imagery carries meaning.

What we do not claim

Graphaic is not currently publishing a formal WCAG conformance certification for this site. Passing automated checks alone would not justify that claim.

Meaningful releases are reviewed through keyboard, focus, semantics, reduced motion, responsive behaviour and other risk-based QA checks, with broader accessibility review at milestone/release points.

Experiments

Lab studies may deliberately explore unusual interface or motion ideas. Experimental presentation does not remove the requirement to identify accessibility risks, but a Lab study may not represent the final interaction pattern used for client or production work.

Improvement

Accessibility issues found during QA are treated as product defects or backlog items according to severity. The statement should be updated if the site introduces new interaction patterns, media or functionality that materially changes accessibility behaviour.
