Content may change as the studio, services and site evolve. A capability page is not a promise that every project will include every technique, platform or outcome described.

Nothing on this website alone forms a client engagement, quote acceptance or commitment to deliver work. Scope, pricing, timing, deliverables, ownership, licences and other project terms are agreed separately.

Examples, concepts and Lab studies should not be read as a guarantee that another project will produce the same result.

Unless a page says otherwise, the Graphaic site design, copy, original interface work and Graphaic-owned creative material are not provided as public-domain assets.

Client work remains subject to the rights, permissions and project terms that apply to that work. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The site may change, move or occasionally be unavailable. External links may lead to services Graphaic does not control.

Graphaic does not use this page to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate engagement terms should be read together with the laws that apply to that engagement.
